Order Processing & Personalisation Time

  • Standard (Non-Personalised) Items: All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays).

  • Personalised & Custom Items: Because our premium notebooks are beautifully hand-stamped to order, please allow 2–3 business days for our team to carefully craft and personalise your item before it is dispatched.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Options (UK Domestic)

  • Free Shipping:

    • Free on all orders over £75

  • Standard Shipping (£5.00):

    • Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48

    • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping (£6.50):

    • Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24

    • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Delivery Information

  • Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure all address details are 100% accurate before completing your order.

  • If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges will apply to reship the package.

  • Courier Responsibility: Once Royal Mail confirms successful delivery to the address provided via tracking, Lansel (HADLEY LTD) cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier backlogs, severe weather, or public holidays.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to accept your parcel, Royal Mail will leave instructions for collection or redelivery. Parcels returned to our workshop due to a failed collection or unarranged redelivery will require additional postage fees before we can ship them out to you again.

Out-of-Stock Items

In the unlikely event that an item or specific colour option becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you immediately. You will have the option to wait for the item to restock, select an alternative product, or receive a full refund.
